   I'm experienced in delivering behavioural activation to adults in primary care and started to learn brief behavioural activation for adolescents with the help of this book. It is well set-out, clear, and crucial to have handy if you're going to learn to deliver brief BA too. There are very helpful worksheets at the back of the book, which I have been using in sessions to great effect.
   
   I'd recommend this manual to anyone who is looking to broaden their adolescent depression treatment repertoire with a robust and straightforward intervention.
