The content was immediately useful in my daily work. This training delivered exactly that. The sections on video modeling and self‑management are easy to implement and genuinely effective. I appreciated the balanced view on ADHD—tools that work with or without medication. The visual supports and routines are presented step by step, so I felt confident adapting them for different ages. The transition strategies alone made morning routines and classroom switches much calmer. I finally understand how to design a sensory lifestyle instead of random activities. Most importantly, the approach helps children understand their own bodies and emotions, so progress lasts beyond any single session. I’ve already shared several handouts with families, and the feedback has been enthusiastic. Highly recommended.
